These classes offer the basic building blocks for you to get started in our small group program. During these 5 personal training sessions, you will learn the basics of:

- Squat form & variants

- Deadlift form & variants

- Push / Pull form & variants

- Isometric / Plyometric form and modifications

- How to Capitalize on Eccentric Movement for Mobility

- Properly Progress or Modify Exercises

- How to Tell if You're Doing It Wrong

- BONUS: Nutrition & Goal Setting

- BONUS: Discovering Self-Myofascial Release (SMR) 

These sessions are meant to get you  knowledgeable about the movements we do daily in the group classes, so when you're finally ready to join, you feel like you can fit right in. At the end of the 5 sessions, you will have the option to join group classes, carry on personal training or do a hybrid of both.

Proper attire for all workouts and sessions are recommended leggings, comfy top/tank, or anything you are comfortable working out/sweating in. Towels and sweat bands are recommended, but not required. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
