Try Our Small Group Classes

You’ll be participating in group classes utilizing the Functional Fitness methodologies outlined below.

  • Diet: Learn to fuel your body for your workout properly. 

  • Cardio Conditioning: Builds capacity in circulation, respiratory and energy systems for a healthier lifestyle. 

  • Functional Movement: Establishes mobility and flexibility capacity for body control and range of motion.

  • Weightlifting and Plyometrics: develop the ability to control objects and produce controlled powerlifts.

  • Community: Engage in friendly competition among your peers by keeping each other motivated on the fitness floor!

What to Expect? 

  • Each membership includes our OnRamp Program: a 5-step foundation building program that ensures you understand proper form.

  • Completion of the Kickstarter Program must be on record to participate in the small group classes. Learn more about the Kickstarter Program Here

  • Workouts can be adjusted in weight, intensity, and goal-orientation per person. Please ask your trainer how to adequately adjust your workout for your personal fitness goals. 

  • Untamed Fitness group classes are designed to be constantly varied, meaning every workout is different so you never get bored. All workouts are based on the foundational movements used throughout your day such as squatting, pulling, twisting and bending.

    All of our Untamed Fitness Classes are trainer-led and follow a planned progression for 45 minutes in duration.
