Try Our 2:1 Partner Personal Training Sessions

You’ll be participating in partner training sessions, where two people share one trainer during a single time slot. Enjoy $15 off every training session with your partner!

 

Can't think of someone to workout with? Get paired with a new teammate! Teammates are paired based on:

  • Goal Alignment: Same goals, same workouts! 

  • Endurance & Conditioning Levels: Similar fitness levels will be paired for friendly competition, but keeping it to beginner, intermediate or advanced levels of training.  

  • Injury History: IEstablishes mobility and flexibility capacity for body control and range of motion.

  • Weightlifting and Plyometrics Goals: develop the ability to control objects and produce controlled powerlifts.

What to Expect? 

  • Each membership includes our OnRamp Program: a 5-step foundation building program that ensures you understand proper form.

  • Completion of the Kickstarter Program must be on record to participate in the small group classes. Learn more about the Kickstarter Program Here

  • Workouts can be adjusted in weight, intensity, and goal-orientation per person. Please ask your trainer how to adequately adjust your workout for your personal fitness goals. 

  • Untamed Fitness programs are designed to be constantly varied, meaning every workout is different so you never get bored. All workouts are based on the foundational movements used throughout your day such as squatting, pulling, twisting and bending.
