Nutrition Challenge: Double your protein intake
More protein equals better muscle recovery! Ever feel just DRAINED the day after an intense workout? It's because you didn't recover correctly! Your muscles need enough protein to repair your muscles AS WELL AS enough carbs to replenish your glycogen (energy) stores. Not ingesting enough of either is setting yourself up for low energy, a sore body and even potential injury.
